Badge - Birthday Cunt

I think the wearer of this needs to have two very specific attributes; if they have both then they must wear it.

They need to have a birthday and be a cunt.

Think of it more as a label than a badge; it serves an important purpose.  Without it how will everyone know?

They wouldn't, and what a waste that would be.
